Sifiso Khuzwayo is a minister at Westview Methodist. He is a dear friend. Their son, Nkisinathi (who is about the same age as our little Matthew) passed away on Saturday morning.
Siphiso spoke about his 14 month old son, Nkosinathi (which means God with us). The Revd Wayne Taylor, who works with Siphiso used Nkosinathi's name as the theme of his sermon which was based on the account of the raising of Jarius' daughter.
Bishop Tyalor, who also knows the pain of losing a child, spoke movingly from his personal experience of pain and hope.
Prof. Richardson gave a moving encouragement from the book of Job.
All in all it was an encouraging experience of God's grace and the Church's care!
