However, I am qui...I have to be careful what I... <br /><br />However, I am quite shocked by the general size of our clergy! We have very few ministers who skip a meal!<br /><br />My 1 year, 1 meal a day, fast (which I have been doing for the past 5 months) arose out of a recognition that I love to eat, and that there are many in our nation who also love to eat but do not have the joy of doing so. I was reading Isaiah 58 around the time that I decided to embark on this discipline.<br /><br />It is not for everyone - it is far more a judgment on my appetites than the appetites of others. I wanted to do something about it and particularly to understand how the majority of South Africans feel each day going about their tasks and daily activities with an empty stomach.
